Step into your boots and join Love You Girl Boutique, Events & More for Boots on the Ground on Saturday, October 11 from 5:00–8:00 PM at 76 S. Orange Ave (entrance on Valley Street side), South Orange, NJ. This special evening in honor of Domestic Violence Awareness Month will feature shopping deals, line dancing with a DJ, free appetizers and beverages, and a themed outfit contest. Fans and bandanas will be provided. Attendance is free, but guests are encouraged to bring a $10–$20 Stop & Shop or ShopRite gift card or make a monetary donation to directly support local shelters and survivors of domestic violence. RSVP is required. Presented as part of Downtown on Display, a series of unique events that showcase the vibrancy, energy, and community spirit of South Orange’s downtown.
