Brain Games: Keep Your Mind Sharp

This interactive presentation will emphasize the importance of keeping your brain -- the "master computer"-- healthy. Learn routine maintenance activities you can do on a daily basis to help keep this master organ in its best working order, especially as you age. Discover games and exercises to stimulate different areas of your brain and keep memory strong. Diet, physical exercise and proper rest will also be covered.
