Mental Health 101

On Wednesday, May 4^th at 7:30 pm, the Essex County Mental Health Association, hosted by Prospect Church, will be providing an introductory presentation about mental health. Common mental health concerns such as anxiety and depression will be explained, including their symptoms, signs, coping strategies and resources for getting help.

This event is free, non-denominational and all are welcome. Please join us in person at Prospect Church, 646 Prospect Street, Maplewood, or virtually.
