23 Emotions People Feel but Can't Explain

I came across this amusing and thoughtful online list of subtle emotional states with some new vocabulary for me, and I thought I'd share it with you.  It comes from a NYT bestseller entitled, The Dictionary of Obscure Sorrows, by John Koenig.  https://www.amazon.com/Dictionary-Obscure-Sorrows-John-Koenig/dp/1501153641

LOL Pretty good. Some great words there.

I have had all these feelings or thoughts of these feelings at some point or another.  But not so much lachesim or onism.  I really really do not want to be in a disaster.  Sometimes at work, many of us have to work like we are in two places at once.  I used to get somewhat afraid in airplanes, but they do not bother me now.  I like people who can be introspective at times, (not all the time),  and I like literary detectives who are introspective.

Parnotishnik:  The uncanny feeling people are making up words.

Wait.  Have I been scammed by dave?  Is it still April Fools Day?  I googled the words and they seem to be real.  But parnotishnik has no google result.  I have been watching Inventing Anna, so I am now paranoid about scams.

I see some excellent kitten names in the list.
