Looking for someone to do a custom make-up job for a Halloween party? Any suggestions?

What kind of creature will you be? How complex?

Looked under Halloween make-up for men and there is an abundance of skeletonish/Day of the Dead samples.

Of course my favorite male costume is still.....

If I told you...

....but not very complex.

Why not check out Party City. They have make up kits to experiment with. I had so much of that stuff but every time I played around with  it I found it  too uncomfortable or smeary.

I take it you have done it before. If not before you commit, try it for a few hours and see if you are comfortable.

I usually wind up relying on costuming more than the face make up but if you are up for it I'll see what I can dig up online. "Dig Up" pun intended.

I'm no good with that makeup stuff. I've tried on my face and I just have no talent with it. None. I have a particular effect I want to do for Halloween but it shouldn't be difficult or time consuming.

The stuff is quite tricky. Its greasy. I tried to do a green face, Wicked Witch of the West green and I couldn't get it to cover evenly. Then I tried the white makeup, same thing. Its kind of a cream in a tube. I was planning a Miss Transylvania thing and planned on wheeling around a hanging bag of blood hooked up to an IV. No matter how much a smeared on it didn't work. Last one I did I skipped the overall cream and just did a nose and eyes, for my Puss in Boots. The make up was so so but I snagged an actual jacket from the play Amadeus, a great cavalier hat, and swash buckling boots and was very happy.

I'm going to do a search and see if there is some over all cover that works. I'll look around Facebook as well.

Does it have to stay put all night, like if you are DJing?

T I found this video.

Cool Day of the Dead make up but I could do without the music.

No, going to a party. As I said, it's not complicated. I just can't do it myself. Although I may try. Maybe try a week or two in advance so I can practice. We'll see.

As  TV stations begin to feature spooky films, don't forget the classics.

A contemporary classic.

And then there are those who love a good chainsaw movie.

Love old horror film posters.

For those searching for costume ideas for their cats.

Baby bat eating watermelon. I'm assuming he is building up his strength for his Halloween flight.
