Sort of cliche in the way a comic book adaptation can be.... But I must confess to wanting to cheer when he finally dropped a "Sweet Christmas!".
Not must see TV, but always a character you could truly root for and that doesn't change for the Netflix version.
He has a pretty wild set of gifts but he's not one of the ridiculously overpowered characters who can take on air craft carriers.
True to the original, he deals with much closer to home and human (as in things that impact normal humans- some of the bad guys may not be exactly human) threats, rather than hopping in a Jump Jet and heading to the moon to fight aliens.
No idea if Iron Fist is going to show up. So far Luke is carrying the show quite well himself.
If you have Netflix give it a shot. It may force you to the gym however.
