Career aptitude assistance

our recent college graduate (liberal arts)  son is struggling to find a job.Anyone familiar with a local  service or coach(with good rep) that can provide some aptitude assessment and assist him ?   Not looking for  counseling or therapy. More focused on helping to identify skills he can highlight or further develop and on aptitude assessment. Many thanks for any information
