Totally Recommend The North Bergen Park and Ride into Port Authority via Lincoln Tunnel

Looking for a less expensive option to parking at Sec Junction for a Wed Theater Matinee.  SEC wants $30.

This is apparently only $10 plus the bus tickets.

Some one who uses this option, is it easy???

Best Regards,

Ron Carter

Its been years since it used it but it worked....

Also consider NJ Transit from S.O. or the NYC bus on Irvington Avenue.

Brick Church Station might be closer to OP.

Hard to get safe parking at BC.  Plus the lot has screwy hours.

We have enjoyed SEC for the evenings and weekends when it  is only $10 during weekday evenings.  Then that short hop to PS.  Easy.

Just trying to explore a daytime option so the parking issues is limited.

Details to follow up for Seniors this is very inexpensive way into NYC that insulates you from train delays.

I'll do a write up of out trip in and out today for a matinee.  Super easy, super cheap and except for delays during evening rush hour at 280/21 pretty fast.  Surely easy and cheap!

Spouse's Senior Bus Round Trip $2.90.  My Parking AND Bus Senior Fare RT $6.40

Plus the Turnpike Toll.

Great Bargain and So, So Simple!

Going in, Left EO at 10:45am dropped a book off at The EO Library, parked and was walking out of the PA at 11:30am  Amazing!  We were sitting in the very comfortable second floor lobby of the Westin by 11:40.

Coming out there was more traffic due to Rush Hour but even so, On a Bus at PA at 6:04 to P and R at 6:26 in our parking garage at 7:04 after the slow down at 21 and 280...

I can't believe it's the first time I've used it in all these years!

Enjoy!

Ron

Rcarter -- I used to use but just like all other methods, when something goes wrong it can make for a miserable day.  just be flexible and check the traffic/transit reports before making the final decision when you have to be in the city.
