Feet on the Seats -- The Blog

@amh Did you say something? I let most of the egregrious behavior of NJ Transit riders go in a passive aggressive internal rage, but I would have had to ask them to move their foot. That's seriously gross and rude.

Found this peeking through the seat at me yesterday...

Oh, noooooo. Just no, no, no, no, no, no.

That's how foot fetishists say 'Hey baby. Wanna wrestle?'

I say something when this happens. I don't *****ing think so!

You win this thread. Or lose, not sure which.

Time to start an NJT passenger shaming site on Facebook? See link below...

Wow, I wonder if these are people from our area? Same rude behavior!

I don't "do" Facebook, and next week is my last week riding NJ Transit regularly -- so I'm officially retiring from this site. If someone else wants to take up the mantle, please be my guest (and know that I will still tune in to see what I'm missing!)

Grounds for an immediate whoopin' with a switch, as far as I'm concerned.

It looks worse right side up:

Please tell me that someone said something to flip flops?!?!

How is that even possible?

These were great -- many of these photos clearly were better than our folks on the MTD. I don't know which is my favorite: the refrigerator, the washing machine, or the guy sitting in his barcolounger in the subway! Thanks for posting this.

I would say something to that woman (or at least to the conductor). I have to put my head there... yuck!!!

That instagram is incredible... I want to share with everyone who doesn't understand the insanity of commuting to/from Penn.

Amazing, and so not surprising...

I didn't realize when I got on the train this evening that I would be riding home in this guy's living room...he needs new socks...

I'm so happy I don't have to see these things any more!!!!! Sorry, don't mean to gloat.... wink

I'm debating the wisdom of saying something, because my glaring at this person is not working.

And it continues (without me!) @bella: your dagger looks won't penetrate his arrogance. Save your energy, nothing and nobody will change these people (unless, of course, the conductors tell them, but they don't).

I overheard one fellow (taking up two seats in a standing room only train) tell a standing passenger his suitcase was so large that he had to occupy two seats and how dare the standing passenger expect him not to travel!

I'da just sat on his suitcase! grin)

These two gentlemen here... After a long day of pushin' wickets, a man's gotta put up his feet, right

Wtf where's my photo...

See the New Forum thread ... there's an issue with photo uploads from phones (iPhones at least ... not sure about others.)

Dangit, that was a good one too... I'll try from my computer.
