Friend seeking to subscribe to a Muslim newspaper
Google "Muslim Newspaper in English" and a number of sources come up. A little research should show which, if any, cover local news and events.
Check with local Muslim community groups, a local mosque perhaps, to see if their members are aware of any such publication.
Ask at a local university which has a Muslim studies program or even a sizable Muslim student population to see if anyone there is familiar with such a newspaper.

Wouldn't the library know? There's a database which is meant to list such things.
The one I used to use apparently has closed. But maybe this list is a beginning for you?

I have a friend who's seeking to subscribe to a local Muslim newspaper like a Jewish Standard type of thing. I've tried to find one but am having trouble. Does anyone have recommendations?
