GOP Convention - When They Get Behind Closed Doors ...

After leave a trail of potentially unpaid bills in his wake (who could have imagined) and jilting TWO potential host cities, Donald Trump will have a "virtual convention" after all.

Think Comic-Con online, but with less intellectual content.

The speaker line-up is being prepared.

Please post the date as soon as it's published so that I can clear my calendar.

can't wait to find out whom Nugent tries to incite violence against.

In the years since Joanie Loves Chachi was canceled, has Scott Baio added anything to his resume?  I suppose one could argue that he is famous for being famous but, at this point, he isn't even really that famous.  Does anyone under the age of 45 even know who this guy is?

For questions like this, I recommend the Internet Movie Database.

I don't know everything Baio has done, but I know that he was in charge for a while.

Baio did have an ok role in Arrested Development at Bob Loblaw.

I can't even think of any other TV Character name that comes close.

 Saul Goodman.

I am over 70 and know nothing about this Baio guy, but the best named character of all times was:

Pahoo-Ka-Ta-Wah

No press coverage of the convention.

"[W]e are planning for all of the Charlotte activities to be closed press: Friday, August 21 – Monday, 24th given the health restrictions and limitations in place in the state," the convention spokesperson said in an email. "We are happy to let you know if this changes, but we are working within the parameters set before us by state and local guidelines regarding the number of people who can attend events."

I guess we'll have to wait until they send out a note, or send white smoke up the stack, or something like that, to find out how it turns out.
