Heading to Philly on a weeknight, what rush-hour hours should I avoid?
Having lived in Philly for 12 years I can say the traffic is awful there...all the time. Worse than around here. I go for board meetings on Wed nights. Traffic on 95 and the ancillary roads is bad from about 3 to 7. Give yourself another hour than you think you need.
