Quarantine log:

Day 24 of lock down.  Bored.  Filled the dog with helium.

Today is National Stay at Home with your Pet and Drink Wine Day.

It's nothing official.   I made it up.

Is it OK if I don't have a pet? Can the second bottle of wine be the pet instead?

Of course.  You do gently caress the bottle to check that it's the right temperature for quaffing, don't you?  How is that any different from patting (or is it petting?) your favourite animal?

I just saw this on another site:

To check whether they'd been drinking before driving, police in the UK would ask drivers to say the following, three times quickly: "The Leith police dismisseth us".

The problem is, I can't even say it sober!

I might look into (sorry) doing this after we move out of winter (and COVID-19) lockdown in my part of the world.

Does anyone know what the entrance requirements are for Procrastinators' Anonymous?

(Or have I failed just by thinking about joining?)

Not even music escapes the rules around COVID-19

I heard this song a few days ago and have been humming the melody ever since.  As it has become an earworm, I thought I should share it.

The video is best absorbed with your eyes closed.  The almost-continually moving camera tends to get somewhat distracting after a while.

Is that an oud he’s playing? I’m used to seeing somewhat smaller versions.

Just caught up on pages of this thread. Thanks making me smile. This 2020 gag brought back so many memories of our vacation in Australia...

I couldn't agree more...

Hey, @marksierra, thought our friends might like a glimpse of Sammy J:

(Sorry.  Mind's gone blank.  Almost like this post.)

The sometimes wrong use of an apostrophe in the word its drives me crazy. This is a funny cartoon.
