I don't know the answer to your question, just please use caution when buying plants from Home Depot or Lowes and try not to purchase any with neonicotinoids. I believe they now label them, so try to buy the bee safe plants.
They had some early plants, pansies, primroses, rosemary and parsley...I noticed forstythia canes and a good deal of holly and some everygreens when we stopped by earlier today (I needed bird seed). They weren't fully stocked at all, but there were some early plants. I'm sure I've left a few out.
