I don't know but have you Googled?

Might be stinging nettle. LOOK at the stem. DON'T TOUCH. Nettles have little spikes all along the stems.
If it is nettle, it is difficult to get rid of. Probably requires weed poison.
Looks like raspberry or blackberry plants to me.
ETA: We had a bunch when we moved in. The fruit is delicious, but they are very unruly looking. First year canes won't fruit. Second year canes fruit. After the second year you have to cut the canes because they won't fruit again. It was a pain in the rear keeping track of which canes were first, second, etc.
Thanks all. I did do a google image search. Although it didn't seem to match what I saw of poison ivy/oak, the three leaf structure partnered with my rash last spring made me doubt myself. There weren't any flowers or fruit on the vines last year, but I agree - does look like it could be rasp or blackberry. Will continue to watch and see how they grow.

Have this plant growing in several places in my backyard. I got a mysterious poison ivy like rash after last year's spring clean up and wondering if this might be the cause. Thoughts?
