been a few years since I redid kitchen, and biggest change is lighting options.
Last kitchen I used 5" cans along the perimeter of the counter (~24" from wall), with halogens and white coilex trim.
Currently looking at 4" trims, with LEDs, but concerned about # lumens and aperture angle (seems hard to find LEDs that are focused vs floods)
Googling I found ikea has a product Haggum, with a 600 lumen focused light spread. But I'm both unsure if that's enough lumens, and lord knows, I had no clue they sold recessed lights.
