Looking for a safe area of LA and surrounding. Want to buy a smallish 1-2 bedroom condo in the $250k range. As close to LA as possible and preferably on a new (or soon coming) metro stop. For a 21 yr old to live in so not too family oriented. Bonus if it’s a place where my investment may potentially grow but not required.
