Maplewoodstock countdown

We are 30 days from the 2023 Maplewoodstock Festival!

Here is a map of our grounds.

As always, all info about the festival is on our http://maplewoodstock.com website.

Where will the senior tent be this year?  Will we be able to keep it up for both days?

The folks from https://www.somatwotownsforallages.org/ have already been in touch with us, and we already confirmed to them that we will be providing them with a space for a dedicated senior tent for the weekend.

Thank you.

We are now 28 days away!  Info about our Beer Garden is at https://maplewoodstock.com/food/beer-garden/

I assume it's still the policy, but are you still not allowed to take a beer out of the beer garden? I like those beers, but it was hard to hear the bands from there, not to mention not being able to see them.

Yes - beer stays in the beer garden - we plan on having a better solution to pump music from the stage to that side of the park.

And canopy lottery will open up 2 weeks prior to the event.

We plan to be selling our t-shirts tomorrow (Sat) from 10 AM to 2 PM in front of Greenway Market in Maplewood Village.  Please swing by!

We’ll be here til 2.

I’m unfamiliar with the headliners. Anyone have a review?

This will be your first maplewoodstock, I think you will be pleasantly surprised by the amount of talented musicians who will be on stage. I’ve had friends from different parts of the country, and from other countries who have been impressed by this music fest. Trust me, forget the reviews, take your cooler and enough food and just let the music take over.

I searched for Mihali on Pandora. Lot of good songs. My friend has seen him in concert. Said he puts on a good show. Agree with Jaytee's assessment though. You won't be disappointed.

Remember Jones is off the charts. Tremendous energy, amazing voice, great stage show.

People who have not seen them before, get ready to be awed.

Reminder to folks that we are a FREE event to attend.  It does NOT cost ANY money to attend.  And, those folks who win our FREE Canopy Lottery also do NOT pay.

We've seen some scams out there like "hey, I can't attend; who wants to buy my Maplewoodstock Tickets?"  Scams.

We are FREE.

And (aside from the Canopy Lottery), there is no need to RSVP to our Festival or sign up for a mailing list, etc.

Doh!

The sun'll come out / Tomorrow
Bet your bottom dollar / That tomorrow there'll be sun
Just thinkin' about / Tomorrow
Clears away the cobwebs / And the sorrow 'til there's none

Dayum!

Let's talk about the weather:

The show will go on during mild rain. The stage is covered and the stage/sound equipment is designed for outdoor use.

However, if inclement weather arises (driving rain, dangerous winds, and lightening strikes within an 8-mile radius), the Festival will be paused by order of the township emergency personnel.

We will make announcement from the stage, and we will post to our social media accounts. The quickest and lowest-bandwidth place for us to post is on the new Threads.net platform. You do NOT need to download the Threads app, nor create an account. You can simply point your web browser at https://www.threads.net/@maplewoodstock

So, keep your fingers crossed; be responsible for your own safety; and follow any instructions given from us and emergency personnel.

If the watch is a Rolex, it's mine.  Or a Patek Phillipe.

At least we heard Louis Cato for a little bit before the lightning came.

Another great year in the books.  Thank you to everyone that helps put on the show.

Good try.  Still looking for its owner.
