Are there still large lines at offices?

Answering my own question.... YES !

11:00 -- Line in Springfield going up the entire block from M.V.C. to Morris Ave. Then add the people sitting on lawn chairs on the library lawn across the street.

Website says when offices close for capacity. Yesterday, some were at capacity by 10:30. Most were closed by 3:00.

I have been contracted to title a motorcycle (don't ask). I get paid by the hour so I normally wouldn't care. But I don't want to sit in the Sun for hours.

I will try Wednesday.
