No More 1:19 Train Weeknights Out of Penn Station

Other workweek night owls who weren't aware, take note. (A thoughtful fellow commuter alerted me today.) The change is part of the new NJT schedule, effective this coming week.

If the Path to hoboken and then NJTRANSIT an option? When is that last train

Yeah, they kind of snuck that in there with no announcement. "Guess what? Your fare is going up AND we are cutting your service!!!

The last train out of Hoboken is earlier, and connects with the 12:34 at Secaucus

The last train out of Hoboken was also cancelled on weeknights, including Friday. Note that these cancellations were not a part of the service cuts discussed at the public hearings either.

So what's the new "drunk train"?

I submitted a suggestion that either the 1:05 or 1:45 bus out of the Port Authority be extended to the South Orange train station (the 12:35 bus, the last one to terminate there, pretty much duplicates the departure of the latest train now), but admittedly I'm not hopeful.

HAHAHAHA! Thank goodness I never witnessed that! The loud, rude and obnoxious behavior was bad enough.

Based on last night's version of the train schedule, it appears there are no more trains past 6.30pm leaving Penn Station.
