I don't know if they do this, but the shoe repair shop in Millburn, Tru-Fit, might be a good place to check.
There's apparently an expert shop in Mortistown, but I can't recall the name. Google it perhaps? I think it'll be apparent

Rago Brothers. 973-539-7949.
They once spot re-dyed a rare LV bag for ctrzwife at the recommendation of the store, and cleaned and repaired another to look as new while preserving the patina. Stunning job on both.

They do as well, but referred me out to a shop in Cranford for a leather jacket they feared would lose its nap. Appreciated that they didn't want to risk it. We use them for shoe and belt repair/cleaning and they're also great.
Can anyone recommend a local place that can clean a nylon and leather bag? Thanks
