I really enjoyed the Elvis Costello doc with him a few years back ...
I'm sure there are a lot of mixed feelings in New Orleans. While everyone there respects his musical talent, almost as many feel he cheated musicians out of payments.
Interesting. I hadn't known there was that knock against him. Not hard to imagine, though, considering his studio control and all his writing and arrangement credits.
Anything he touched was musical manna. (And the author of one of my favorite polysyllabic rhymes: "waters with the power lines/quarter hour's time.")
