Rt. 24 Lane and Ramp Closures

It looks like the work will be done between 9pm and 6 am. I've never been able to read more than one screen of the warning sign.
This what 511nj.org says about NJ 24:
construction NJ 24 NJ DOT - STMC: construction on NJ 24 both directions between I-287 (Hanover Twp) and East of Exit 7 - NJ 124/JFK Parkway (Millburn Twp) , Tuesday September 8th, 2015 thru Thursday September 10th, 2015 Tuesday/ Wednesday, 09:00 PM thru 05:00 AM, various lanes closed for repairs
I drive this every morning and that ramp has been open. Not sure where the actual construction is yet (the morning traffic has been nightmarish this week, but I don't see any construction happening).
