Self leveling cement for garage floor?

We have a garage slab that is in good condition (not cracked or broken) but with some low spots where water pools. Would applying self-leveling cement be a way to go to fix? Would it hold up in a garage? Does anyone have a recommendation on someone to do it for us? Thanks.

You may have problems with the new concrete adhering to the current concrete slab. But I also post on garagejournal.com and some of the members on there suggested using the following,

mixed with this,

I don't have a reco of a handy man though, sorry.
