Can someone explain to me why it took the South Carolina police less than 24 hours to catch the scum who killed 9 people and the NY State police haven't caught the 2 a**holes who escaped from prison?

They had a vehicle description for starters. The escaped prisoners are in parts unknown traveling by unknown means.
