It's hysterical. And you know what? Let him believe it. He can use it as an excuse not to run for president.
someone should have warned him that if you're trying to save face, you shouldn't say something that begs for ridicule.
I prefer that he runs for president--anything to get him out of NJ faster.

Don't understand how he was elected for a second term, can't wait until he is not governor any longer, hope he doesn't run for president.....looking forward to seeing him fade into obscurity, but I fear he'll manage to stay in the public eye somehow.
Menendez better hang in there a while longer--I fear CC would appoint himself to replace Menendez if the Senator is removed from office or resigns.
Don't get me wrong. He's a nice guy. I like him just fine, but he is a mouth breather.
Based on the recent history of elected NJ Governors (McGreevey, Corzine, Christie), I hope and pray we elect a good one in 2016.
Does anyone know if Gov. Christie recently suffered a blow to the head? Is he delusional? I think the poor man needs to see a doctor. Stat!
