The End of The Affair

It was a pretty excellent series finale!  

I loved it. It was perfect.

btw - There was another wonderful finale on Sunday evening - The Durrells in Corfu, which I watched last night.

The Affair had a collection of the most unlikable characters I have ever seen, but once I started to watch these people kvetch and fumble through their uninteresting  lives, I couldn't stop.  The series finale was an hour and a half out of my life which I shall never recoup.

IMHO it was a wonderful series finale.

I love it when Fiona Apple shows up in unexpected places.  Is it enough to make me watch the show?  Probably not.

 Totally agree! Thank God for the DVR so we have the luxury of watching great scenes a couple of times!

I completely thought that Helen was going to mess up on the recording of it.
