The one trend I just can't... Hairy arm pits

So it seems to be the cool thing now for women to not shave their armpits. Really? This is cool?

Thank goodness I have lasered mine. I don't have to worry about ever considering this an option!

Its new? Look at the album cover for Patty Smith Easter in 1978.

So, let me get this straight: hair on your hoo-ha, bad. Hair on your underarms, good. How are we feeling about legs these days?

I know, right??

And not just any hair. It should be colored!

Like everything in fashion, what is old is new again...

I think the trend is a more natural look -- so shave or not, but consistently.

Personally, I am a fan of most secondary sexual characteristics, so a woman's grooming choices on these issues are, to me, just a sign of the infinite variety of people in the world, and certainly nothing to get exercised about.

I'm certainly not going to get "exercised" about it... I'm just confused.

Not for me, but to each her own. I'm radically letting my eyebrows grow in a little bit, (a more natural yet still neat eyebrow seems to be in style again.)can't say I'll go much farther than that.

Perhaps, but it is not very natural when they are coloring the hair blue or orange...

the blue and orange coloring is just another indicator of the classiness of Mets fans. oh oh

How hideous! ;-)

Regardless of how it looks, wouldn't you sweat more with hair? And wouldn't your deodorant be less effective since it goes on top of the hair rather than on the bare skin? Just asking...

There's something about the term "hoo-ha" that just cracks me up. Every single time.

Yeah, don't think that's it at all. Natural is pretty "out" as a trend right now.Hot pink armpit hair isn't exactly "natural"

Maybe. But pinstripes are a real bitch to keep up. Constant preening and pruning. No wonder those preferring that look resort to injections and on-the-side treatments to stay on top of their game.

Anything a woman does is, by default, totally sexy.

I feel like this trend is fine for women who are not Italian.

I say this as an Italian woman.

Testify!

So how about all the mustaches that get bleached or waxed? I will never forget, cuz it is seared into my mind, seeing all those women with long, dark leg hair in pantyhose on the UBahn in Berlin. Looked like earthworms trapped under glass. Nasty.
