Using my spouse's Easy Pass?
Mostly you will not have any issue. But if there is a scanning issue as you go through a toll the toll authority uses a picture taken of the license plate to try to match with an EZPass account. Since your license plate will not match an account you will be sent a bill with a penalty. And you will not likely be able to get out of it.

You can add additional cars in your household to your account online at no extra charge. Once you do that, you can use the device from one of the other cars if it is a timing issue for getting the new device for the added car.
