Watch out for this one

I just got this in the mail.  While it looks important when I opened it it turned out to be one of those companies trying to get you to switch providers.  That's almost always a bad idea

I recommend crossing out the person's name and address.

Well, it's someone I don't know sent to my address, so it's inaccurate.  Plus there is a whole thread about how only a dwindling group of old people use MOL anyway.

So you're ok with someone knowing YOUR address?  oh oh  Signed a senior citizen lol!

It's pretty easy to find if you know the name. Put your name and town (you would assume South Orange or Maplewood) and it pops right up. And you've been very upfront about signing your real name on posts, so it's not hard to find.

I responded because of Dan's response to the suggestion made by a helpful poster that he delete the name/address. And yes, I use my real name but that has nothing to do with this thread. Read it from the beginning. Thanks.

Nine months later (and after a bit of a back and forth in another thread)?

Mark the envelope "addressee unknown" and return it to the post office.

Yep. Any problem with that with me or with the OP? In any event love you all LOL!!

Just wondering how you happened to stumble across this.  File under "things that make you say, "hmmm."

G'day, ma'am.

I really don't understand this.  I guess we can't disagree anymore.

Actually we can certainly disagree but clearly not with some of you. lol. You all take care.
