Horse chestnut seedling. Dig it up and move it or give it to a friend. I personally think they are magnificent trees. The blooms are phenomenal and then you get those spikey (inedible) nuts in the fall. A little messy, but cool.

Concerning the picture above, do those palmately compound leaves  have 5 blades (like a buckeye)?
