Where to find a post for a clothesline

I'm looking for a straight up and down post, not the one that forms a T at the top.  It needs to be about 10' above the ground, plus how ever many feet are needed underground to make it stable when the weight of wet clothing is on it.

There is a very old one that meets these exact standards in my neighbor's yard, and it even still has a pulley attached to it, so I know these things do exist.  But this isn't 1940, so where can I find one today?  Metal poles at Home Depot seem to stop at about 8'

A length of pipe from a steel supplier.  Common length is 21'.  They can cut it down.

Thank you.

I should have specified i wanted a metal pole, the one still up is who knows how old and still standing strong. Meanwhile the wood one that was in my mother’s back yard doesn’t look like it is capable of being used any longer
