Which physical therapist should I choose? (list)

My ortho gave me a list that includes the following. This is for my knee.

Sports Training Physical Therapy (Millburn)

Twin Boro Physical Therapy (Millburn)

A Team Approach PT Center West, West Orange

A-Plus PT, Owen Legaspi, Livingston

I have gone to  Sports Training Physical Therapy (Millburn).Their hours were good for me and the two therapists I used were both excellent.

I've used sports training in Millburn.  Good, caring therapists.   

Another recommendation for Sports Training in Millburn. They--literally--taught me how to walk again after I was non-weight bearing and on crutches all of last summer with a slow-healing Jones Fracture in my left foot that eventually required surgery--don't ask...

I have used the Kessler facilities in South Orange listed as being on Valley Street.

Also as an in patient used the Kessler facilities in their large building in West Orange on Pleasant Valley

South Orange was to strengthen my back because of a  a bulging disc

West Orange was to sort of bring me back into the world after a long hospital stay

Thanks! Went for Millburn Sports Training -- Kessler wasn't on my list. Starting Monday. Here's hoping they get me back in fighting trim!

For those who used Sports Training Physical Therapy in Millburn, are you treated by a PT the whole time you're there or are you left to do exercises yourself or with an assistant?

I know he wasn't on your list of choices, but for others who may come to this thread in search of a Physical Therapist, I must put in a plug for Andrew Quirk.  He's great!

I've gone to PT in Millburn (behind Trader Joes), great therapists and personnel.  I also went to St Barnabus by the Liv mall.  I had specific reasons for changing due to specialization in certain treatments .  St Barnabus became very expensive and they were not clear on these costs when I did my consultation.  I do my exercises from home now.  The Therapists were good but as far as I see it I did not get any different treatment than I did at Millburn.  I'd also like to give Andrew a plug, I never used him but would consider him if I chose to go back (Which I probably should).  I know him on a personal level from town, as my friends on the other side of the pond would say; He's a Genuine Bloke!
