Why Won't Chat CPT Let Me Create An Account?

I've tried 20+ times over the last 24 hours. I keep getting this:

"Signup is temporarily unavailable, please check back in an hour."

What am I doing wrong?

Based on the message you are receiving, it doesn’t seem that you are doing anything wrong.  The problem is at the other end.

Maybe my ISP has a faster connection to the chatGPT server?
