Boyhood.
Obviously.
Felt longer than ten years.
Sex in the City 2 was horrible. Don't know how or why I sat through the whole thing.
I mean we're talking about a decade with 4 Michael Bay Transformers movies in it, and none of those are even the worst Michael Bay movie of that time period.
The new Rambo epic, Last Blood, was pretty terrible. I sometimes like bad movies. This one was even too bad for me.
"Betsy's Wedding" has long been my gold standard for worst movie ever. There's no way even Alan Alda likes it, and he starred in it. Awful. Not even good moments or costumes or characters. And I saw it in a theater. ("Maid in Manhattan" runs a close second.)
The family- geared genre always includes some trite schlock, but even my 10 year-old, who usually watches anything, turned off "The Tooth Fairy" (starring Dwayne "The Rock" Johnson) after 15 minutes.
How nobody has mentioned The Room is beyond me. Too easy? Blair Witch Project. An absolute embarrassment to the horror genre.

Doesn't excuse it from being the most disappointing movie of the genre. Plenty of older movies that hold up better than it. Candyman (Remastered UK Theatrical) [1992] runs circles around it.

The Transformer movies are horrendous.

On a plane. Limited selection. Should have just turned it off: Long Shot. Seth Roger.
Got any worse nomination?
I thought Pineapple Express sucked. A lot.

Of the genre? What genre? Blair Witch basically invented a genre.

Sausage Party was worse.

I want to like Tropic Thunder but can't. It sucks.
I’ll defend Tropic Thunder. I can’t defend Your Highness, though.
Another poor choice on a plane: Serenity with Matthew McConaughey. Yikes.
"Serenity finds new definitions of bad that almost make the damn thing worth watching for its magnificent flameout."

I watched it on Plane. Not worth paying for and it helps with falling asleep.

Of course this is an easy category.
How about the worst Movie that won the Oscar for Best Movie?
I guess I would vote for The Shape of Water

I have seen one of these, and it was pretty pretty pretty bad.
