HF505 FT Live-in or Live-out Nanny for 3 (Flex Start)

We have a fantastic family in Harding in search of a Full Time Live-in or Live-out Nanny for their three children age 4, 4, and 3.

Location: Harding

Start Date: Flexible

Commitment Time Frame: Long term, multiple years into the future

Schedule:

Wednesday - Sunday

variable schedule

55 guaranteed hours

The Children:

4 year old boy/girl twins

- full day pre-k

- various extracurricular activities

3 year old boy

- full day nursery school

Qualifications:

- Experienced, mature, established, career nanny

- Intuitive, proactive, willing to 'jump in'

- Strong morals and recognizes importance of instilling manners, respect, and values in the children

- Organized and tech savvy

- Flexible, accommodating, and understands the position and responsibilities will evolve overtime (household tasks will increase as the children get older

- Values spending time outside with the children

- Works well with other household staff (team mentality)

- Punctual and good time management skills

Requirements/Responsibilities:

•Pets: 2 dogs - daily walks

•Meals: pre-planned, simple, healthy, and primarily for the children

•Laundry: for children including linens

•Light Housekeeping: tidying of children's spaces and common areas, organizational tasks related to the children, & kitchen clean up.

•Driving: Confident Driver required - daily driving to and from school and activities. Family car available most of the time but Nanny must be willing to occasionally use their own car

•Travel: Required. July & Aug in Hamptons and other domestic and international travel throughout the year.

Additional details: Live in accommodations include a separate on property apartment. Nanny can continue to reside on property on days off (Mon & Tues). Benefits include Health Insurance.

Vaccine Requirements: Yearly Flu shot strongly preferred, 2024 COVID Booster Strongly Preferred

The family is offering a generous weekly pay based on the guaranteed hours along with paid vacation, holidays, and sick/personal days. On The Books Pay.
