Students Seeking Spring Roommate, Fully Furnished

Great opportunity for anyone looking for temporary housing, new to the area, or studying abroad Seeking: fourth roommate, preferably a Seton Hall student but not required. No smoking, respectful, responsible. We are: three friends, two girls and a guy, all Seton Hall students. Ryan is a drummer and econ major, Maddy is a gaming enthusiast and grad student , and Isla works in sales and is a psych student. Rent: $750/mo all utilities included (water, gas, wifi, cable) Terms: We are looking for someone to sublet our third bedroom for the spring semester (Jan-May). If everyone enjoys the arrangement there is a possibility to extend for another year. The apartment is fully furnished, including the bedroom, but if you have your own furniture we can move that out. Bathroom would be shared with one other roommate. We will require either a background check or two references, one employer and one personal. The apartment: located in the The Park View at 320 Apartments, it's beautiful and spacious; high ceilings, lot of windows, and a terrace overlooking NYC. We don't have any pets but dogs under 35lb are welcome for a building fee. It has a 24 hour front desk, gym, lounge area, and swimming pool open in the summer. There are laundry rooms on every floor and a large laundromat in the basement. If you have a car, there is either an attached indoor parking deck or cheaper nearby lot. The apartment is a 15 minute walk/3 minute drive from Brick Church station, 22 minute express to Penn station, and a 25 minute walk/5 minute drive from Seton Hall.
