The New York decision is meaningless. A gas business that was not even developed won't be developed. It isn't like we voluntarily voted to cut off certain existing supplies with a significant market impact. Kind of reminds me of New Zealand's courageous decision to ban U.S. warships with nuclear weapons on board. Pretty brave for a country on the terminal node of nowhere.
