had similat probs last week with another adobe products (digital reader). finally gave up and when I went back a day later, everything was working fine. So it may not be a problem on your end.
Which, I realize, is of no help at all if you need to send this document today.
Try another browser. If that works, you can find the cookies for adobe in your original browser and toss them.

Even though I'm officially signed in, each time I go to send a document via email, I'm told that Adobe cannot authenticate my email and I must sign in. I am SIGNED IN! It's so frustrating. So I sign out and sign in again, same thing. Advice?
