On automation -- American productivity has dramatically increased in the last several decades, but wages have not. The amount made by CEOs and other high level executives have also increased dramatically. Surely a major part of the answer here is dramatically increasing taxes on CEOs and high level executives to redirect these productivity gains back to those doing the work?

To be fair - reproductive rights is a different issue than M4A. M4A is mostly a fiscal issue. Reproductive rights is not.
He did mention Planned Parenthood and the fact that federal funds were withheld as of a few months ago. As well funds were removed from any clinics that even tell women where they can get an abortion. So that funding which provides health care to so many women is not available so costs will go up. So in that sense fiscal no?
I may have posted this on another thread but I was a little surprised and disappointed that the issue received no attention or discussion on this board. I have heard a few candidates discuss it but never on the debate stage so for that I'm glad Kamala Harris and Cory Booker mentioned it.

There's like five people in the country who actually care about fiscal policy on its own merits, and they're all attending some dismal scientific conference. Everyone else just uses it to disguise their political preferences as being somehow objective.

The wealth tax is one of the few things I disagree with Warren on, because from what I've read it's just to easy to game and avoid. There are better ways to take our money back.
Wow they are allowing more debate than they did the last time.
No matter who you favor, there is direct confrontation on policy.
Seems like quite a few of them came prepared to take on Warren. So maybe jockeying for Biden's spot.

Warren's wealth tax would be tricky to implement - but what she wants to use it for will resonate with a lot of people.
Liz is winning.

At the bottom...Tulsi. A non-event.
Klobuchar and Buttiegieg are fighting hard for that centrist vote. Objectively I think they both would sway the voters who are worried about the loss of private insurance.
Between the two, I think Klobuchar looked like she could take on Trump in a debate.
That saved many on stage from having to deal with the issue.
Liz is winning because others are going after her rather than Biden. Cementing her front runner status. Aside from that she’s doing okay , holding serve and parrying what she needs to parry, but nothing great. Pete and Amy have scored some points.
