Trump Watches Up to Eight Hours of T.V. per Day

if she had a problem with alcohol it might have been Picks disease, politely called Alzheimer’s to spare the family embarrassment. Regardless, they’re all forms of dementias, and it looks as if DJT has a tendency to frontal lobe impairment as he ages, being in the ‘sweet zone’ now.

He can read. He just can't comprehend what he's reading.

He cannot read.

If you don't have 12 minutes to watch the above video, just watch this part:

This is why he always wants his children around him. They read and interpret for him. They are his cover.

sheesh. of course he can read. He does teleprompter speeches occasionally, remember?

He can read he just doesn't enjoy reading. He can comprehend, but only when the message is his and no one else's. IMO, he probably does some type of learning disability, undiagnosed, that prevents him from concentrating on more than one task and executing that task. His ALLEGED disability, over years, more than likely causes him to act out, become frustrated and hostile. The most frightening thing to an adult, who in his case, has been able to mask whatever ails him for many, many years, successfully, is being discovered (ALLEGEDLY).

He has low literacy. As for the teleprompter, he sort of does of combination of summarizing, memorizing, reading haltingly, and going off script when the reading gets too tiring.

Here's a checklist for detecting an individual with low literacy.

And the range of vocabulary? The repetition?

shoshannah, there’s evidence of deterioration going back decades. During the campaign last year, I read an article (The Atlantic? Slate? Something more long-form than the usual news coverage) that analysed his interviews and media appearances over several decades. The authors looked at planned and unplanned speech, and at complex and casual speaking occasions. His speech patterns have become simpler, slower, the sentence structure simpler, word choice more basic and with fewer syllables. The concepts being conveyed tend to be less complex (he wouldn’t think so); the timbre of his voice is less expressive; overall he sounds less spontaneous and comfortable, less relaxed.

The article I read was presented in a selection on Arts & Literature Daily, so I think there was a psychological profile or educational angle in it. If I can find it, I’ll post the link.

This is the article, but it was similar: (please excuse the the pop-ups etc. I’m in a rush, don’t have time to find a better link)

I don’t understand why any of you are spending one minute trying to find a legitimate excuse for his stupidity.  Maybe he is just a stupid, stupid person.  He does not deserve any of your time or benefits of doubt.
