How is this guy hanging in there?  Seems like any alternate pick might want to actually improve the environment.  Trump needs an anti-regulation/anti EPA guy - Pruitt may be the only one.

Pruitt wants to mint coins in his image and Zinke raises flags when he arrives at work. Where do they find these guys?
