AARP Tax Preparation

FREE FEDERAL AND STATE INCOME TAXES

ELECTRONICALLY PREPARED AND

FILED BY IRS CERTIFIED VOLUNTEERS

Each taxpayer will be required to have two appointments. At the first

appointment an interview and review of tax documents will be done, and the

documents will be scanned. You will then leave, and your tax return will be

prepared remotely. If any questions arise during the preparation or review,

you will be contacted by telephone. When the tax return is completed, we

will schedule a second appointment with you to come back and receive a

printout of your completed return, review it with you, answer any questions

you may have, and have you sign the final documents, so we can

electronically file the return. Remember, if your filing status is Married Filing

Jointly, both parties must come to sign.

To contact us, you can either send an email to:

TaxAideJC20@gmail.com,or leave a voice message or text at: 551-

258-3319. The telephone number is to an automated service so please tell

us when a good time to reach you by phone would be, and we will call back

with this number.

We can then explain in detail what the new process entails and set up an

appointment for you to do your taxes.
